3. Scheduling & Cancellations

    • Secure pets and provide access to water/power if needed.

  • Our Responsibilities:

    • Protect surfaces with drop cloths/masking.

    • Clean up work areas post-service.

  • Damage Claims: Must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.

5. Warranties & Guarantees

  • Workmanship Warranty: Covers defects for years.

  • Paint Manufacturer Warranties: Vary by product; we provide applicable info.

  • Exclusions: Damage from neglect, weather, or unauthorized alterations voids warranty.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Pre-existing structural issues uncovered during work.

  • Delays due to weather, labor shortages, or supply chain disruptions.

  • Third-party damages (e.g., subcontractors).
